bravo monk youve managed to make every one here feel like shit, bravo. u know this may just be me being stupid but in order to have a good clan you need a good strong leader ship, im not saying anything against you monk, im simply saying that 1. you need better people, 2. you need a better government, 3.well ima stop talking. im not trying to tell you how to lead monk, simply saying.

Anyways what you said Monk was mostly lies and I almost raged over it but honestly i don't give a damn about c3 anymore because its too late to fix it. But here I let me dissect this rather pointless rant of yours.
You said people like me sit on are asses and don't do crap for the clan? Well thats BS before I left i made one last major effort to recruit I got Killa I got Coizon to say yes when he returns and i got Noxtal and some others like Pika and people i don't remember. Anyways they all went inactive much like everyone in this clan... My point is I also hosted Tryouts a few times with little results. You say I did nothing then you obviously haven't been on xfire or Halo in general. You honestly were the worst leader I have ever seen. How do you expect the clan to be any good when the council members don't play halo and especially the leader? This was a disaster from the start. Not only that but you never recruited a guy who could host besides me and Shabah. Thats a major problem whoever was in charge of ensign program was retarded. Also R3 always has a good supply of people who can lead the clan when others go inactive when are guys went offline we just collapsed and never recovered. Your failure to keep members active was a critical point in this clans downfall. You blame others alot for this when you should institute reliable people around the clan. Before I left I told Azure and Shabah we should be active doing scrims and kws but like much of the clan people were lazy. I tried to tell Azure but he insisted to be passive and say nah i dont scrim or kw anymore its pointless. The attitude in C3 sucked so the attitude you surround the clan with is what your clan will turn out to be like. The clan lost its spark because it never had the right type of active leader or leaders on Halo.
Well thats about all I can think of atm that fucked this clan over and btw Monk when your on xfire don't rage and leave because when I talk to you I want you to understand what im saying because what I say could benefit this clan. If you truly think I didn't do shit to try and help this clan then thats a damn shame but oh well you will learn from this and hopefully never try to run a clan again.
