Okay guys there is no way i can make my server working , but i did find a way i need to reset my router because it will reset everything when it's done i will need to port forward it . Monk if i reset it am not sure if my internet will be on you never know but i will need to do this for c3.
Okay i hope this will work if you guys don't really see me online please don't panic.

Shabah, your router obviously isn't the problem because you're online now. Windows automatically blocks incoming connections from Halo. Try adding it to your firewall exception list.

Oh damn I didn't get to see your post, well i reset it yesterday, i got the admin and the password default.
Now I will need to port forward them, but i will need to do on other computer besides there is problem that internet is not working on that computer the one i use, but my older brother will get it fix defiantly.
I hope this will work.
