This is for Senior members or above to recommend players for promotions or demotions. Here's how it works:
1. Post a thread with the player's name and either PROMOTION or DEMOTION after it in the title.
2. Put what rank they are, and what rank they should be promoted or demoted to.
3. Explain why.
4. The Council will vote on it.
Just remember, you can't recommend yourself. And take this seriously.
